A positive introduction to grooming during puppyhood is essential for building a lifetime of confidence and comfort. At our salon, we’ve created a specialized Puppy Program designed to ensure your pup’s first grooming experiences are enjoyable, stress-free, and centered on trust.
How It Goes
Our program includes three visits, each thoughtfully structured to ease your puppy into the grooming process:

Visit 1: Meet & Treat Session
A fun, no-pressure introduction where your puppy meets our team, explores the grooming environment, and gets familiar with some of the tools—without any grooming being done. -
Visit 2 & 3: Gentle Puppy Grooms
These sessions include a nail trim, ear cleaning, enzymatic tooth gel, a bath using luxury hypoallergenic puppy shampoo, gentle blow-drying, and light trimming around the eyes, paws, and sanitary areas (for breeds that require haircuts). Each session ends with a spritz of cologne and a bow or bandana.
All puppy grooms are overseen by our Desensitization Trainer to ensure each pup receives personalized attention and care tailored to their comfort level.
